Alberto has over 25 years’ experience in the field of internationalisation, serving as the Managing Director of Studio Perani. Since 2014, Alberto has been appointed as a consultant for Unioncamere Lombardia, mandated with providing technical assistance to Lombardy-based companies on issues related to internationalisation.Â
He is currently President of the Foundation of Economic and Legal Studies of Brescia, Member of the Commission ‘Internationalisation of Companies’ for the National Chamber of Accountants and Book-Keepers and is a Coordinator of the Chartered Accountants and Expert Book-Keepers of Brescia in the International Law Commission. Further, since 2015 he has been a member of SAF, a higher-education institute for accountants.
As a sought-after expert, Alberto regularly presents at national and international conferences and has been widely published on the topic of internationalisation. Â
From 2007 to 2016 Alberto was an adviser on internationalisation to the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Brescia. He is currently appointed as the auditor for the ‘Fédération des Experts Comptables Méditerranéens – FCM’, a position held since 2015. He has also participated in the higher-education course ‘Tax and International Relations’. Â
Graduated in Economics and Business from Brescia University in 1990, Alberto has been a member of the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Brescia since 1993 and member of the Register of Legal Auditors since 1995.Â

Stefania is a tax and financial specialist, appointed as a consultant at Studio Perani since 2011. Stefania’s experience extends to internationalisation, particularly in regards to the creation of subsidiaries in the German market. Â
From 2016 to 2017 she was a member of the Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Brescia’s commission on ‘Analysis of financial statements and company valuations.’ She attended the higher-education course on business economics and finance.Â
Stefania holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Business Management from the University of Brescia, Faculty of Economics, graduating in 2009 with honors. She also holds a Master of Business Consultancy from the University of Brescia, Faculty of Economics, graduating in 2011 with distinction. She has been registered with the Official Roll of Chartered Accountants and Expert Book-Keepers of Brescia and the Official Register of Legal Auditors since 2014.

Chiara has served as a tax and financial specialist at Studio Perani since 2011. Prior to this she held the same position at Studio Associato di Dottori Commercialisti Orizio Perani, specialising in internationalisation. Chiara’s experience extends to international relations where she collaborated with the University of Brescia on a number of projects.Â
Since 2014, she has been a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Brescia’s commission on ‘Indirect Taxes’. Â
Chiara holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Business Management from the University of Brescia and a Master of Business Management from the University of Brescia, Faculty of Economics, graduating in 2010. She has also obtained an Advanced Diploma in Fiscal and Customs Planning for the Internationalisation of Companies.Â
She has been Registered with the Official Roll of Chartered Accountants and Expert Book-Keepers of Brescia and the Official Register of Legal Auditors since 2014.Â
